Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns and exchanges on unused products within 30 days of receiving them.

Your return must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Lost or Stolen Orders
After a package has left our shipping facility, we are no longer responsible for the package. Please contact your local postal service facility for more information (USPS 1-800-222-1811) or your local (UPS 1-800-742-5877).


Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on sale items, subscriptions or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in full on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
